Paul Gascoigne returns.

Sounds like a good excuse to down few at the pub after a game...

...in all seriousness, I wish him good luck. Hope he takes it semi-seriously and gets sorted out.

There was that video (no idea if it was real) doing the rounds a few month back of him attempting to trap the ball, but instead standing on it, losing his balance and hitting the tarmac.

He's a class A nut job, but a bit of a national treasure and I hope this helps him conquer his demons. Hope he's not rushed and works his way in, as he's a born entertainer and will have plenty of attention and it won't help him at all if he falls flat on his face.

Last time I saw him he barely looked even capable of sitting straight let alone chase after a football. As others have said though, absolute footballing legend so if this helps him in anyway then good luck to him.

Met him in Newcastle about a year back in town, a really genuine top guy but thick as pig **** which has led to him making all the dumb choices down the years, though you would question if his personality shaped the player so would you change it?

Hope he sorts himself out but sadly have my doubts :(

Such an astonishing player back in his day, my heart sinks to how he was dictated to by his inner demons :/ You could say same about others (Best etc).

He looks horrendous. One of Englands most gifted footballers in the last 30 years.

It's a tragedy all the parasites and hangers on from when he was playing are nowhere to be seen now to offer him support.

We all probably hope for the best with Gazza, but when you see pics like this, you expect the worse.
