Pay & Charge overcharging?

Just noticed my battery pack is really quite hot, it must have been charging for 4 or 5 hours now, not all in one stint though, anyone elses get rather hot?

Mine gets warm but not hot. The 360 on the other hand...

best thing is it says overcharging and not overheating too..

Whats the knack to getting the bloody thing off once charged? I always end up pulling the bit where the cable goes in...

Not play and charge related, but i've found a lot of batteries tend to get hot when charging (some much hotter than others).
