Im having trouble with the O2 website so i cant figure this out for myself but here is the problem.
I was down to 90p on my 02 phone, so i dialled the top up line and entered all my info. When asked how much to top up in whole pounds i entered '12'. Just because i needed £10 on there for my bolt-o to activate but needed to use the phone and didnt want it to drop under the £10 until it had.
I save the text telling me ive successfully topped up £12.
However, my phone credit only went up to £2.22, my message bolt on is working but where is the £10.68 thats missing? The full £12 was taken from my credit card.
What should i do/who should i phone? Numbers will be great as i still cant access the O2 website.
