I know it has been mentioned before but Capcom are also charging people to unlock content that is already on the disk when you buy it...

well they waited a while until they released versus didn't they? to try and make it appear as though they were still developing it.

its possible the 1.8mb is also a patch... would it be legal to crack the game to unlock the content as you already have it?

Also... not sure of the price in £ but I think IGN say that it is $3 cheaper in Japan cause they're less likely to buy it etc
