Payment problem

Tried multiple times to order products from you today. there is clearly something wrong with your payment software. tried two different cards and still the payment wont go through. After contacting my bank and disabling the the 3d extra check. payment still not accepted. Your losing money guys!

For the last few years I've had to use Amazon pay or Paypal to order here for some reason - using any of my cards instantly gets flagged and it is a right pain - even after I instructed my bank and VISA to allow the transaction I get maybe 1 order through and instantly the same happens again for any subsequent orders.

If you get on the phone to the store though they usually can put the transaction through manually OK though.

(I have zero problems paying for stuff anywhere else, in good financial standing, etc.)

Had this problem with my Starling card here, added it to PayPal and it worked fine.
