Just bought an item on the bay, I paid before I read a message he sent to me saying that
"please do not pay yet, my paypal account has issues and cannot recieve payments, sorry for the inconvenience, i will contact once issue is resolved"
I sent the payment to his pay pal account and he duly refunded it.
Now I need to send the payment to him again but how do I do it safely with record as eBay still thinks I have paid for the item
If I just send the £25 as a payment though paypal will I still be somewhat protected as they obv have the payment log and messages on ebay.
