Paypal and e-cheques

Just a quicky really. Has anyone ever recieved n e-cheque on paypal? Had one that i recieved a fortnight ago cleared today. I'd never had one before this and never heard of them, so are they reliable?

Waiting to send goods so i just thought i'd check it's not a scam of any sort

Yes I've been paid that way once and it also took about two weeks to clear. Just so long as you don't ship the item until it's cleared, it is just as safe as a regular PayPal payment I believe.

Same as above here. Bit annoying having to wait though

I think I paid less fees on it than a normal incoming payment though.

My sister payed using one a few weeks ago as it was the only option she had. My payments are always instant but I have my switch registered on my paypal, she only had her bank account.
