Paypal available funds

I always transfer any funds from Paypal to my bank account. I just received two refunds for the purchase of some earbud tips from the bay. My postage (64p) and £1.69 for the cost of the item. But in my screenshot it shows only the 64p as available. So why doesn't it show the £1.69 available?

Doesn't change it. Well actually, the seller had emailed me yesterday saying they issued a refund for the postage through paypal and issued a refund for the item through ebay. I received a paypal email showing the 64p refund, but nothing from paypal regarding the £1.69. I also received an email from ebay saying "the seller refunded you £1.69. It should be available in your PayPal account." So am I meant to receive it into my paypal account or should I just see it appear in my online banking app? (which only shows the £1.69 purchase made on the 12th June).
