Paypal - blocking eChecks ??

Excuse the silly spelling but that's how they do it..

I rarely use Paypal and only set it up for eBay. However I'm trying to sell some gig tickets on Twickets and it uses Paypal. They have a page that recommends the following;

If You've Not Sold With PayPal Before
Ensure that you've blocked the 'Pay with eCheque' option in your Payment Receiving Preferences. Otherwise, you risk not being paid in the event of a sale.

How?
Go to www.paypal.com, log in to your account, and go to your 'Seller Preferences'.
Under 'Getting paid and managing risk', go to 'Block Payments' and make sure that the option to block 'Pay with eCheque' is ticked. If it's already ticked, then you don't need to take any further action.

Does this even apply anymore? Is it still a thing? I can't find it anywhere, nor really anything about blocking eChecks on the help?
