Paypal cart - no return button.

Does anyone use the Paypal cart on their site? Ive added buy buttons, and a view cart button. But sometimes when I go to the paypal cart, it doesn't have a button to return to my site, ie if I want to continue shopping. Any idea what im doing wrong?

Edit; Or any other easy to implement, non php cart suggestions would be welcome.
