Bonjour,

I opened up a paypal dispute a few days ago because a pair of jeans i brought from Ebay havn't arrived after a few weeks.

Seller says he posted them first class with no tracking, so he doesn't know what has happened to them.

They cost me £150 and i want it back, when i e-mailed the guy he said there is nothing he can do so file a dispute with paypal which i have.

Now on paypal with the claim open it says the claimrequires my action but on the page there is nothing i can do.

i can't upload any evidence of the sellers e-mails.

Will i get my money back do you think ?

the buyer has provided a shipment number but it doesn't come to nothing as it wasn't trackable.

James

If the value is £150 or over PayPal requires trackable delivery for seller protection so I'd say it's pretty much 100% in your favour

Until you receive delivery, then the seller is responsible. And the seller really sent a £150 pair of jeans for standard postage? I really honestly don't think so!

You buy jeans that cost £150?

You buy jeans from eBay without knowing if they fit?

You buy jeans from eBay without knowing if they fit and spend £150 on them?

You're either loaded, in which case a £150 hit won't matter, or you're not vey clever, in which case you shouldn't really be spending money on the internetz!

does anybody know howto upload evidence to the paypal dispute ?
it requires more action by me but it says i havn't submitted any filesorfaxes but how the hell do i do that can't find anoption on the page :)
