Paypal Dispute

I made a purchase to a German shop the other day, through Paypal. I'm not saying that its going to go south but I'm not 100% how legit the site is

It was only £40 but if I made a dispute through Paypal, how long roughly am I looking at to get my money back?

Never had to do this before so heres hoping it goes ok if need be. I have E-mailed the company yesterday with no response as of yet but will give them till next week and see what happens.

It would take a few weeks before the dispute gets closed if theirs no reply.

However, it's likely the seller will reply to the dispute so it could go either way and could take quite a while to get the money back.

My last dispute took 3 weeks with the seller failing to respond. If they argue then I'm not sure.

It's strange, when you put 'www.' first it goes to the site, if not you get the 'site down' message.
