The last time I used PayPal it was on a really small amount and I remember it taking loads of it so I swore to never use it again. I sort of have the need to use it again so I relooked at their fees and they seem to have changed

If I am reading this right it'll cost me abosolutely nothing to have money transferred to my account (I get the full amount that the person sent?) and it'll only cost me to remove funds from my account if it's less than £50? Is it true? :p

Thanks

Right, so if I have a personal account it costs nothing to recieve from another PayPal member?

"Average Joe" here prefers (free) bank transfers...surely that makes more business sense? :p

But nor is PayPal, to get your money out of it takes "5 to 7 working days". A bank transfer usually takes less time than that. "By card" isn't really relevant either considering it's from one bank account to another. The only way in which PayPal wins over a bank transfer really is its buyer protection but even that is said to be a joke by many on the internet.

I don't like eBay either really, this thread was based on a thread in the Member's Market which I hope is based more on trust than eBay is.
