Is anyone having any issues with paypal at the moment? I'm trying to buy something from ebay for the poultry sum of £24.95 and my paypal account is being a complete and utter **** when I actually try and pay. Keeps asking me to put in my card details again, even though its already linked to the account. If I delete the details on paypal and try add a new card via the ebay payment screen, I just get a load of crap saying:
To clarify, the funds are available in the account and I've had my other half check the card details so I'm not going blind lol.
