Paypal payment

Anyone have any idea why my paypal payments are now delayed?

for example i use to buy items..pay with paypal..done.

Paypal said:
Now i buy item,week after i get a message "Remember: We'll be processing the payment for your "company name here" purchase soon"

Why all of a sudden have they delayed payments?

Pay after delivery. Simple buyer protection in case the item is not as described or faulty. Saves the hassle of getting the money back.

Because 'money laundering tools' reasons.

They're huuuge crooks pretending to be a bank.

This, plus the biggest scammers as they love to limit your account when you have money in there.

This, plus they like to randomly hold withdrawal requests for 24 hours to get an extra days interest on everyone's monies, they do this under the guise of "security checks". Imagine them doing this for 50% of all their withdrawal requests.

I once called them up to tell them how stupid it is to "check" a withdrawal request for "security/anti fraud purposes" when it's going into the same ****ing bank account which I've been withdrawing money into for the past 6 years. I also told them the only thing that happens in those 24 hours is that they use it to inflate their bank balances. I stopped getting the 24 hour checks after that.

I use paypal to receive business payments (on average about 2/3 transactions a day). I've noticed they've started delaying the payments upto 1-2 days.

It's weird because I get a notification on my phone when it comes in but then it doesn't show until the next day. I'd love for a better, widespread online payment system to happen soon.

You need to get a merchant account, which should be better but theres a small fee.
