Paypal Question.

I sent a m8 a paypal gift payment and didn't realize the email address was not correct. I used a previouse transaction which shows his email and where the money was sent except i sent to his email address.

Both emails are registered to his account but he has not receieved the money ... i have tried to cancel the transaction but as the payment has completed and the email is active i can't cancel.

Basically i sent payment to [email protected] but should have sent to [email protected] but both emails are registered to the same paypal account.


not sure if you understand the above but anyone have any advice.

have contacted paypal and they confirmed where the money was sent (which i knew) and said it was non-refundable ... was my own mistake so can't go complaining to paypal to refund me.

anyway m8 has found the money seems the address was set up on another account and the money was sat waiting ... that will teach me to just click continue.
