Selling a phone on Facebook, I am in the midlands and have been contacted by someone in Liverpool who wants to pay via paypal.
I am suspecting its some sort of scam, no questions about the phone (apart from are you the original owner), no haggling on price etc.
If they pay by friends and family the transaction cant be reversed, but if the account they pay with is a hacked account, would the transaction be able to be reversed at a later date by the genuine owner ?
