Paypal refunds, How long ?

Alright, now you put it that way. Yes, don't do this, or if you do, say it in a nice way. But would this guy prefer to just have a kick up the arse or actually have something happen which could potentially hurt his business?

All I know is that if I name and shame it would severely damage his rep which I don't want to do but if he leaves me no other choice then it's the only course of action.

I'm all for giving the guy a kick up the arse, there's just multiple ways to do this without going down the route of making threats, as that could get his back up, and isn't conductive usually to getting your monies.

I also like your change. I've never understood the notion that online activities are somehow "not real". :p

Its not remotely comparable to face to face communication.

I never said it was, but face to face communication isn't he defining factor of "real life" else a phone call wouldn't be "real life" either. Video games aren't real life.
 
Well I was just in touch with him and he said "There's an error when I try and refund just chill the **** out and stop being a ****".

Name and shame is going to happen today.
