I want to create a PayPal request money template to email to people which gives them various options they can choose from and then adds them up and then asks for the money.. Can this be done?!

ie Option 1 = £10
Option 2 = £20
Option 3 = £40

User selects Option 1 and bills them £10

It's to sell various sized photographs to people that contact me via my website, so i want to email a form which will enable them to choose what size photograph they want to order.

ie 6x4 print
7x5 print
a4
a3
a2

etc

If I have understood you correctly then sure it can be done..

Have you considered creating a "buy it now" button for each size print which sits besides each print so if your customer requires size a4 they click on the buy it now A4 button which automatically brings up the paypal page requesting them to pay? beside the a4 button you will also have a a3 and a2 button the only difference being the price of each image...

is that *** you are referring to?

p.s. instead of emailing them the form this method will enable your customer to decide for themselves on the size of image required and will request they pay immediately as opposed to you having to email them a form....alternatively paypal also offer a free service which enables the site owner to customize the payment page so your visitor sees your logo, gfx etc on the payment page feeling as if they never navigated away from your site...you could incorporate this into your site also..
