Anyone else having trouble logging into PayPal at the moment, I enter my username and password but nothing happens?

I logged into a UK VPN server and tried again, no dice. Then logged into a French VPN server and was able to log in. I added my new debit card to my account and logged out.

Now when I log in when not connected to a VPN server it works. Strange!

Well its doing it again, I have to connect to a French VPN server and log into PayPal before I can disconnect from the VPN and log in with my real IP address.

I don’t use the PayPal app just login on their website.
