PC-7. How many drives can I fit?

Hi,

I see you can fit 3 drives in the stock hard drive rack, and then another 2 in the floppy slots?

Also: the drive racks you can buy for the PC-7... can you fit them in the normal hard drive rack area or do they HAVE to go in place of a few DVD slots?

The reason I ask is because I think I'll end up with 4 drives in my next PC... (2x RAID 0 - one for main and the other for a scheduled mirror of the first).

well. ive literally just woke up, so im not sure if you will compreend what im compreending:

3 in the HDD bay
2 in the floppy slots, 3 (afaik) in that bay thing, so 8, with room for a dvd writer
 
So 5 on stock stuff then? 2 in the floppy area and 3 in the main HD rack?

I think I might also get one of those hard drive racks that take up 2 DVD drive slots and give 3 hard drive slots, mainly because they include rubber thingys to 'silence' your drives.

I'll then be able to take out the normal HD rack to allow the front 120mm fan to blow onto my graphic card etc. properly.

I ended up getting one of the ex-23 modules, very happy with it. Seems slightly louder than the rest of my rig though - but I think that's cause it's on the front of the case. Good luck finding them though. I had a real mission. Ended up getting one for something silly like £0.99 from OcUK, but I think it was the end of the stock that they were trying to get rid of or some such since they went "out-of-stock" right after that, and now they don't list them at all.
