Has anyone had any experiance with pc acoustic foam, my PC when playing games can get very loud and I sometimes has to resort to pluggin in the headphones, does this stuff work?

If so where can I buy some I cant find it anywhere execpt in the states

As I have an Alienware case I would like the foam to match, if this is not possible I'd be happy with any make...

Many Thanks

Arhh i didn't notice you had a alienware case sry.If i was you i would go to a good audio shop and just buy some acoustic foam sheets and cut them to size, proberly be cheaper as well.

thats not a bad idea, but again has anyone tried this stuff to see if it works??

Yeah i had it in my old Antec sonta II case. It did make a differance. You'll have to take ya case apart to fit it all in properly... im thinking of getting some more for my Antec 902 but its got an open 200mm fan at the top so not much point.

you can double layer it too...

It will act as some kind of insulator... guess its a trade off.... what about using fan controller to slow ya fans down…. that's what im after!
