PC acting strange?

I'm not sure whats going on with my PC.

Speedwise it's as quick as ever, however certain things are not working. My AMD Catalyst doesnt load, when I click library on steam the program closes and when I click to play wow, it says game is running then nothing.

I'm baffled.

Remove any overclock from CPU, RAM and GPU.

Shut down and unplug power cord from PC and remove and re-insert RAM sticks, maybe speck of dust in there or something. It sounds like RAM, the issue. Some stuff works normal, other stuff it's like it "forgets" you ever clicked anything. Only had that before with bad RAM, personally.

Try a system file check too maybe.

I would say it's more a software issues, the overclock, temps etc are as good as ever.

You have a software issue. Broken C++ redist or .net perhaps. Hard to say.

You have to understand that unless something gets changed on PC then nothing changes. So just think about it.
