Pc acting weird

Hi guys, I turned my pc on
this morning and it's randomly changed all my settings - for example my windows 7 theme is now in classic and it's not
letting me change it back. I can't access the Internet, the sound icon in taskbar has a 'x'. I got an error when trying to system restore. I'm just lost.

Anyone know what to do from here? I haven't a clue what's up...

Only thing I can think of is that I disabled msn to auto login me on in startup by going in msconfig last might and disabling it. It may have triggered and disabled other stuff without my knowledge - how can I reset this?

A long time ago when i had windows xp i got infected by adaware/malware and as funny as it sounds, those exact things happened to me.

Uh I enabled everythih on startup and now stuff is working. I really don't know how I managed to disable some stuff ;///
