PC and PS3 F@H

Just a few quick questions;

From what I understand, should I use 4 instances of the F@H Software if I have a Q6600?

Also, if I am also folding via my PS3 would I need to change anything on my PC or could I just run them all at the same time?

Another question I forgot to add, I have seen some users with there Folding stats in there signature. How is that done?

first point -- if using Win SMP version 2 instances are ideal and seem to produce the most amount rather than 4. 2 instances will max out cpu on all 4 cores.

Make sure if running eac instance and also ps3 that you have the same name, team etc but that you make each instance a different machine i.d.
