The PC runs fine in general, once it gets over the 'hurdle' it runs great but that hurdle is a strange one.

My PC boots up fine, no bluescreens, no problems etc. I can use the PC completly fine (Adobe packages, games etc) but theres a problem...

I can't load up xfire or firefox without it bluescreening :/ Sometimes it loads up firefox fine but as soon as i go on any website it dies on me.

Xfire rarely loads up without forcing my computer into bluescreen aswell but when it does its completely fine.

Blue screen error: 0x0000008E (0x0000005 0xE0BD1F1, 0xf206BAF4, 0x00000000)

I have uninstalled and re installed both programs and that made no difference.

Anything changed recently? New build?

Nope, only added a DVD Drive in the last 6 months or so

Firstly, check the memory is ok by running memtest86+.

I literally have no idea how to use this program *clicks guide*

Check the memory is receiving the correct voltage as recommended by the manufacturer.

1.9v?

Check that both the 20/24 and 4/8 ATX power connectors are connected and secure.

Yep everything is fine, built this myself!

Check the PSU is providing enough juice.. Most BIOSs provide a voltage reading but it's best to check yourself.

No problems there

Here's my guide

Check the above first then we'll go from there.

I might put the voltage up and they are 4.4.4.12 atm!

I tried the ram removing etc and it didnt change anything.

It's definately OS related from what i gather after a few google searches.
