Out of idea's with my friends pc!! 
Problem: the pc wont boot into windows, it gets as far as the windows load screen and just restarts itself! cant go into safe mode or load last known settings that worked.
Tried so far: removed hd and plugged it into my pc via usb adapter to retrieve the data, some very important files on there. it shows up in windows, device manager etc..etc..shows as healthy in disk management too. but it wont let me access the drive, windows either freezes or asks me to format the drive. i can also hear the drive spinning!
Any idea's ocuk??
