PC - Budget £800 MAX

I'm a student games programmer going in to my final year at Uni and looking to build a PC. Can't go anything over £800. Anybody able to help me out?

Will be using it for coursework, future games development, listening to music and gaming.

Would need it to be built with the next few years in mind, and would need the £800 to cover a monitor, keyboard, mouse and Windows 7 (not keen on Windows 8).

I don't see myself buying any of the new consoles either so will be converting in to a PC gamer in the future. Would use my xBox controller for that though, so won't be needing a gaming mouse/keyboard.
