Ideally you would have an i7 in the system as that helps massively for streaming but it adds an extra £100 to the cost, I've used an i5 in the past for streaming and it's worked completely fine.

Wasn't sure if you needed an OS so I've added that as part of the build, hard drives are completely up to you I've just put a 120gb ssd and a 1tb hdd but you could go pure SSD if you manage your games well or stick with this if you need the storage.
 
If getting the above system, its not too much more to spend to double the storage space on the mech hard drive so I would recommend upgrading that if required, seems better to spend a little more now.
