Not a bad unit and it wouldnt be cheaper if you built it yourself, it comes to £571.79

Cool. Could it run Just Cause 3 on default with no lag? What else can it run?

With that GPU, yeah.. Digital Foundry showed a 30-40 fps, but that was paired with an i3, not sure how the amd cpu will compare.
