PC build for a friend about £800 the case he has chosen is nzxt phantom black, my friend does not need a monitor mouse keyboard and a os. he would also like a ssd and a lot of storage for movies and game. he does not do a lot of gaming but would like a resonable graphics card because he plays the odd game.

A bit over but well worth it in my opinion.

i would probably just take andy's spec but change the SSD to the Crucial M4 as a lot of people have complained about BSODs using OCZ.
the PSU to the antec high current 620w which is on offer.
and the things you stated above.

why have a non-"K" CPU with a P67 board?
and a Sli/Crossfire board witha 530w PSU?
i would go for Reaper's latest spec.
