Hi, I've been asked to build a PC for multimedia use and maybe some lite gaming.
Things I need:
PC
Monitor
Mouse and keyboard

Things that I have:
Windows

the monitor will take quite a chunk of that budget. after that you will be left with a basically pretty low spec machine.

Just a side note, you may want to check that you've not used your copy of Windows on another PC. Unless it's a family pack, if you install it again on a new PC whilst it's still on an old one, Microsoft will detect it and make your copy of Windows "non-genuine" and you won't get updates/ be able to download certain Microsoft software.
