PC Build check

I'm getting a new PC soon and just wanted to check with you guys if this build is good and if any improvements can be recommended.

CASE: Corsair Obsidian 900D
CPU: INTEL® Core™ i7-5930K Six-Core
COOLING: It will be water cooled as the GPU's will be too still deciding tho
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS X99-A INTEL X99 Chipset
RAM: 16GB (4x4GB) DDR4/2400mhz (hyperx)
GPU: Liquid Cooling NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980Ti 6GB 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card (Dual Card (SLI))

PSU: Corsair 1000 Watts RM1000 Gold 80+ Modular Gaming Power Supply
HARD DRIVE: 500 GB Samsung 850 EVO SATA III Gaming MLC Solid State Disk
2nd: 1TB Seagate Hybrid Gen3 SATA-III 6.0Gb/s Cache 5400RPM SSHD
OPTICAL: Pioneer BDR-209DBK 16X BLU-RAY Burner & 16X DVD±R/±RW Drive
SOUND: Creative Sound Blaster ZX 5.1

Going to overclock it too and might get a M.2 SATA / PCI-E SSD Drive too
Its a big build with a large budget.

Skylake is not far away and will have ddr 4 and can easily run 2 gpu's so unless you plan on adding a 3rd gpu then the x99 platform is overkill.

What will you be doing with the PC, and what resolution will you be using it with?

This will be for 4k and for the future, the X99 is these as a potential and for further upgrading.
