pc build for £400 max

ok my mate wants me to build him a pc. his budget is £400 max and he does'nt game on it .so i'm thinking the onboard graphics will be ok. how does this look?

no hard drive needed and no graphics card needed if he uses the onboard graphics. i think a 2500k is best as he does a bit of encoding

Only put in 16gb of RAM as it would help with encoding & he has the budget!
 
he's not the kind to upgrade,he's as tight as a ducks harris. i don't know much about the trinity so how does it compare to the 2500k in encoding and general pc use?
 
forgot to mention, he won't be overclocking ,doesn't need a hdd or dvd writer and will be running 1920x1080 res. leaning towards the amd at the moment
 

will this be faster than the amd A10-5800k and the gigabyte F2A85X-D3H?
