PC build for £700

Hello, my friend has the pre mentioned budget for a new PC. She wants it mainly for playing games on, however at them moment all she really plays is World of Warcraft, League of Legends and Sims 3 so nothing really graphically intensive but she will probably expect it to be fairly future proof.

I doubt it will be overclocked.

She will need a monitor and OS too.

maybe buy the parts there? shipping will be loads.

Well I'm in the UK and would have to build it. Otherwise she will have to get a pre built. She is comming to the UK so will take it back with her then.
