PC build for daughter

Not up to date with hardware lately as I took a break from it all, can anyone point me in the right direction please.

Looking to build a micro atx system around the corsair 240 case. She will be using it to play latest games. Looking to keep this as cheap as possible, after all she is only 8 years old. I already have mouse keyboard and monitor.

By latest games what specific games are you referring to?

400-450max. Will see what is available on mm aswell. Looking for everything apart from screen,mouse and keyboard. I would like to overclock as well to get the most out of the CPU.

And no games in particular really, games will range from Minecraft to more graphic intensive games like far cry.
