Pc build for for friend

My friend wants a new CPU,mobo and psu. He has a gtx 550Ti,
But he's going to grab the 660 Ti at some point.

Going for this CPU but don't want to break the bank with the other parts.

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz
