PC build help needed

I need a new pc as my laptop is on its last legs, however being a student creates a limited budget so I was wondering if you guys could help me.

I'd like a decent gaming pc, able to run new releases at fairly high settings for about £700-£800.
The price would need to include the pc itself, windows and a new monitor.

Any help would be great.

Fair enough, have to look in to another fan then.
I could probably make do with just the two USBs, I expected to have to make some sacrifices.
