PC Build - need advice

All decent choices in the main. You could tweak each individual component but generally good.

3080ti? That's a lot of money so make sure that's what you need or want.

Install Telegram and join fepartalert to camp out for a 3080 FE for £650 is the sensible choice. Or RX 6800xt can be purchased for £400 less money, worse RT performance for sure but at your chosen monitors Res it will be great.

Hardwareunboxed did YouTube video a couple of days ago comparing them. Until you get to 4K it is hard to justify the 3080ti.

That's way brand overpriced for thin smallish radiator.
Arctic Freezer II has 50% thicker radiator for soem genuine surface area.
Arctic Liquid Freezer II A-RGB High Performance CPU Water Cooler - 240mm= £83.99

Also that memory is brand overpriced for mediocre latencies.
Without RGB one of the fastest latency kits from Crucial is available for £20 less.
And this RGB Kingston has tighter latencies for £10 less:
Kingston HyperX Fury RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-28800C17 3600MHz Dual Channel Kit= £89.99
And RGB version of that Crucial costs same as Corsair.
Crucial Ballistix RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-28800C16 3600MHz Dual Channel Kit= £98.99

But at this kind budget level you should be really considering 32GB to allow keeping software on background.
Also with 100GB space requirements being normal for big games and biggest ones around 200GB, 1TB drive is small.

While at the same time that graphics card is extremely expensive for 2560x1440 monitor.
Really think it like this:
Monitor is the part you'll be looking always when on computer and has really long usage life potential.
While even that very expensive graphics card won't hold time that many years.

Also if you don't need adjustments from monitor's stand, that LG isn't that great:
While its response time is still among the best, its contrast is from 15 years ago.
Meaning it has really bad black and you need room to have illumination to mask that.
For comparison this MSI would have as good response times, but nearly 50% higher contrast:
MSI OPTIX 27" G273QF 2560x1440 IPS 165Hz 1ms FreeSync/G-Sync Widescreen LED Backlit Gaming Monitor= £348.95
But like said stand just doesn't have much any adjustments.
Though VESA mount would allow getting better stand.

If your going to consider spending that much on a 3080ti then the 3090FE can be had for £1400 or the 3080ti FE for £1050 and are usually in stock for a few hours when they drop.
