I'm looking to build a computer and have a budget of £600-£700. I will be using it mainly for photo editing, some light gaming and university work. I just want some advice on what sort of rig can be built for this price.

Close enough An alternative could be going down the AMD route with an FX-6300 CPU and 9 series motherboard, this would allow for a better GPU such as the R9 280X
