Pc build. One issue doesn't power down properly

Got a new build done and have a power issue

I have to push the power button twice to turn the pc on
After shutdown all fans and h100i cooler are on
This includes gpu fans and things directly connected to psu
It's like the signal to turn off the psu isn't getting through

What's the spec?

I have this with my Parvum Case & Corsair PSU , but I think its down to the fact I switch it off each night - if I press it too soon after switching the PSU on, it fails the first time.

Have you checked the power profile to see if its not setup correctly?

The psu is evga p2 1000w
Z87x oc gigabyte mobo
4770k
8gb crucial tactical ram

I don't think it's the psu. Same problem with another

The mobo and cpu are from MM
