Hello im new to the forum and in the process of selecting components for a new quiet build. My budget is around the £700 mark and the PC needs to be a general all-rounder. What I have so far is as follows:

Opinions, comments and recommendations would be appreciated.
 
If your not worried about overclocking, the new batch of opterons are looking good. Pick up one of those instead of the 3700+ and you'll save 40 odd quid.
 
Thanks for the reply. Im not worried about overclocking to be honest although the CPU, mobo and memory I have listed above are a bundle deal so im probably saving about 40quid as it is anyway. I'll check it out though for sure.
 
the bundle saves you.. £0... Go for a Asus Crossfire MVP board with the same RAM and CPU and you'll save about £40 - then put the saving into an X850XT Graphics card. Other than that nice spec :).
