Yo!

Looking for some help if that's okay.

I am looking to spend around £900.

Must be good for multitasking/rendering/streaming.

Please give your best builds to suit these needs, any help is appreciated.

I can sort the OS. New monitor would be nice, 2 indeed with inputs of hdmi/vga.

still doing mine, but he mentioned that he would sort the os so that could leave £80 for a basic gpu

You could leave the card out unless gaming will be involved or it helps with rendering.

The above is good. If you don't plan to overclock your cpu at all then you could get the i7-4770 rather than the i7-4770K to save a few quid. The case is pretty much personal preference for looks, but corsair are generally very strong in that price range, although fractal design is another good option.

Will be gaming on this, streaming on this, not so much PC gaming, but there is possibilities for it!

Top rendering specs needed though.

well not including windows in that spec gets rid of eighty quid, the non K version of the i7 gets 20 or so off. if you get the 200R instead of the case he specced that drops it by about 25 quid. with that money you can get something like this:
