Hi I'm looking help on parts to order for a
top pc gaming pc, I purchased a 980 ti last night from OCUK
and I already have an 128gb ssd and 1tb HD. I have 16gb 1600mhz ram but
was thinking of upgrading it. my current case is the Carbide AIR 540 so advise on if id need to upgrade this would be helpful too.

But yea basically I'm looking a motherboard, cpu, psu and whatever extra's you
think id need for around £800.

Thanks

Sell the DDR3, infact sell the DDR3 and SSD and buy a bigger one.

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £767.61
(includes shipping: £11.70)

P.S you need to pick the correct mounting kit for that AIO cooler, the 115* kit wont work on this board.

Great option from Stulid right there. That's where my money would go, although I'm not 100% sure such a hefty PSU is required unless you're intending to go down the SLI route in the future.

Thx for the advice,
current build is:
Optical Drive
1 x 24x DVD-RW Optical Drive

1 x 120GB Kingston SSD

1 x 1TB (1000GB) Sata III Hard Drive

1 x Microsoft Windows 8.1 64bit

1 x 300MBs Wireless PCI Card WiFi Network Adaptor

1 x Gigabyte Z87M-D3H Motherboard

1 x 4.4GHz Intel Core i5 4670K 4-Core CPU *Overclocked*

1 x the Carbide AIR 540

1 x Zalman CNPS11X Extreme CPU Cooler

1 x XFX Pro Series 850W 80+ Bronze PSU

1 x 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz Gaming RAM

1 x Nvidia gtx 780 ti

Got it pre built and have had a lot of problems the last few years with
the cpu, and psu, and now the gpu is starting to cause problems too.
so just want to wipe the slate clean and replace the most of it.

What sort of issues with the cpu and psu? If you could identify the offending part it could save the need to upgrade the whole system. A 4670k is still a pretty decent cpu.
