PC Buzzing

Some of the PSU cables which connect into my GPU are touching the case and buzzing, i bend them away and then it stops for a while then continues when they move back, should I use cable ties ?

That was the easiest question I've answered today

Although I would do a little digging to find the cause as the cables shouldn't buzz like that. They're full secured at both ends - the GPU and PSU ends?

There's two PSU cables joined together which split at the ends, one of thems in the GPU and the other is loose. I know which cable it is as when I open the side of the case it stops

Mechanical HDD, or inbalanced/Noctua vibrating roller fan is all what's needed for case vibrate.

So its much quieter now but still a slight humming sound, if I press the case it will either get louder or quieter. No cables from what I can see are touching the case
