PC-cillin blocking me from creating a Tiger Woods 07 LAN server

I've been wanting to play Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 over LAN, but whenever I make the game it says the game name might already exist... rubbish error reporting

The only way I can get a server up is by removing PC-cillin from my startup list, rebooting and running TW PGA 07 again.

I've checked through the program allow/deny list and the port allot/deny list.

Any ideas please?
