Need a budget PC circa £300, Opteron 939 system finally gone to the grave yard.

Win 7 X64 bit
Keyboard
Mouse
Monitor
PSU
Hard Drive
CPU cooler

Need
Mobo
Memory
Graphics card
Case

Or is it better to buy one of Overclockers bungles such as

I think you've missed the CPU from your list.

What's it going to be used for? Budget gaming? Rendering?

Correct, I need a new CPU as well. The Opteron 146 set up did all that I needed, this is a second PC and will be for general use and some gaming.

Trouble is my last build (my main PC) was an E2180 (see signature) so am a tad out of touch as what way to go Intel ir AMD.
