PC clock resetting itself

So, I recently added a new soundcard to the PC. In order to fit it in I had to move my graphics card to a lower slot.

It didn't work - the motherboard simply wasn't detecting it.

Since then I've moved it back to its original position and all is good...with one problem. Every time I completely power off the clock keeps resetting itself to 2008. No other settings change.

Anyone got any ideas?

Asus Z97 Pro mobo, windows 7.

Replace the bios battery or do a bios reset.

Figured it might be that. Weird how it's just happened after my fiddling.

Replaced it and problem seems to have gone after a quick test.
