Heey Ladies and Gentleman,
I occur many times an error that my pc freezes, when my pc freezes it makes a weird noise trough my headset (and when my headset is popped-out) it goes trough my speakerset.
Then I have to reset my system, to get the PC to work.
The following information I get from system log:

Also I see information about the Kernell-Processor-Power.
Then I see:
Hope you guys have any idea about this weird problem.
System Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 @ 3.2 Ghz.
XFX nForce 780i 3-Way SLI Intel
Corsair Twin2X 4GB DDR2-800 CL5 EPP DHX kit
And a Scythe Mugen 2.
