PC Crashed, windows 7

i installed windows 7 beta about two days ago and for some reason i cant even start my pc without the blue screen

ive tried reinstalling the operating system from the disk no luck so far, comes up saying cant install to this partition any ideas?

will a kill disk work ? wipe everything off the hard drive then reinstall the operating system

it crashed after i installed it ive fixed it now though, had to use a kill disk, i couldnt enter safe mode or advanced start up dont know what happened
